When a delivery is left unattended all risk for the goods passes to you the customer. Failed delivery: If we are unable to deliver your order due to no one being home and no instructions, we will make contact with you to make alternative arrangements. We reserve the right to charge a second delivery fee in this case and depending on the time delay, charges for any perishable products that need to be replaced due to the delay. Fresh produce weight variance: We endeavor to get the weight of fresh produce as close as possible to the order quantity.
